Methodology

The course is based on the Experiential Learning Approach developed by David Kolb, which posits that adults learn best through firsthand experience, reflection, planning, and practical application. We learn experiential skills like swimming or riding a bike - not by studying theories but by doing them in practice. The same principle applies to leadership communication. To master it, we need to get hands-on experience. 

In this course, participants learn through shared experiences and practical exercises in pairs and small groups. Educational roleplay is used to simulate specific workplace scenarios, enabling participants to apply and practice new skills in a close to real life situations. The content and exercises can be tailored to the client’s real-life examples, customizing the outcomes and enhancing the training's impact. 

While the workshops in this course are designed to follow a specific sequence and form a complete program, they can also be delivered individually to focus on specific skills or accommodate time constraints.
