Hello,
I’d like to share how my personal journey has shaped my approach to coaching. From a young age, I was deeply fascinated by philosophy, seeking my own path to a conscious and fulfilling life. Thinkers such as Schopenhauer, Nietzsche, and the Stoics profoundly influenced my understanding of life’s integrity and guided me in discovering my true purpose.
My academic and professional path has been far from traditional. Circumstances often dictated their own rules, but resilience and strong convictions eventually led me into management. For over seventeen years, I have led various teams with a sense of mission and dedication. Supporting the professional growth of my colleagues, I often heard that my approach went beyond management and that I should consider coaching—but at the time, I didn’t take it seriously.
Everything changed after my own transformational coaching experience, which helped me realize how I had been unknowingly limiting myself in pursuing my true goals. This insight led me to deep personal work, two additional degrees, and ultimately, the creation of my own training company.
Today, I passionately work with leaders, teach at a business university, and conduct team trainings. Drawing from personal experience, I help individuals overcome limiting beliefs, unlock their potential, and achieve meaningful and sustainable results.
My coaching style is often described as philosophical, as it encourages seeing the bigger picture, following one’s true calling, and building long-term strategies. Thanks to my temperament, my communication style is dynamic, direct, and supportive. I provide honest feedback—sometimes uncomfortable, but always aimed at growth and development.

Four months of this inspiring study flew by as one day, incredible classmates made it unforgettable and have shown great examples that everything is possible if you are honest with yourself, ready to change and dedicated to your goals.
Besides learning about the ICF approach to coaching and various creative methods, I have found answers to the most important professional questions - who am I and what is my personal coaching model?
I understood that I'm a teacher by my nature. My coaching style balances acceptance and support with a healthy dose of challenge. This helps my clients to see their blind spots and use natural strengths to overcome them. When coaching falls short of tools for doing a deeper exploration I rely on role-play to uncover hidden emotions and use them as a step forward.

I would never think that I will study one subject for three years or 700+ hours. But here I’m, happy for mastering this magical craft and grateful for being part of hundreds of incredible stories.
Psychodrama is a genius experiential learning method that reveals the inner world from the first-person perspective and gives a voice to the most important roles in our life.
It was one of the greatest journeys so far and made me crave more - more clarity, freedom and happiness for myself and my coachees.

Embarking on a new chapter in my lifelong learning journey, aiming to become an Agile Transformation Coach.
With years of hands-on experience working with Scrum, earning my certifications was a transformative experience. It deepened my understanding of both the framework and the philosophy behind it.
This certification has reinforced my understanding of the importance of tailoring Scrum to each team’s unique context, enabling organizations to fully leverage the benefits of Agile mindset. I’m excited and inspired to continue exploring modern, evidence-based leadership approaches to drive meaningful organizational change.
